Equality Foundation, LLC provides a 29-week state-certified batterers’ intervention program using a Psychoeducational Model based primarily on the Minnesota Duluth Model. We provide services to men and women who have perpetrated violence against an intimate partner, spouse, ex-spouse, or person with whom he or she share a child(ren) in common or who is a cohabitant in an intimate relationship for the purposes of exercising power and control by one person over the other.

Our program was established to respond to legislation that there should be standardized programming available to the justice system to protect victims and their children and to hold the perpetrators of domestic violence accountable for acts of violence.
